Rack and Linen Shipping Policy

Where your order ships from: our live organizers ship from a US warehouse, by FedEx or USPS depending on the item.

How long it takes: typical delivery is a few business days after our supplier scans the package with the carrier. This is not next-day Prime shipping.

Tracking: we email your tracking number once the carrier scans the package.

Address: we ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please double-check it.

If nothing moves: if your tracking has not moved after day 7, email us with your order number and we will chase it.

Duties and taxes: we ship to US delivery addresses.

Not offered on this plan: local pickup and paid expedited upgrades.
