Rack and Linen Refund and Return Policy

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Please include photos of the item with your request.

Damaged or wrong item: send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our supplier on a replacement or a refund.

Changed your mind: the item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the supplier provides a prepaid label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we confirm the return or the supplier's resolution. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post the refund.
